Privacy policy

GNK Services, trading as FillHost, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, is responsible for personal data it collects to sell and run hosting. Use the contact page to reach us.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, billing address, and company name.
• Order details: plan, domain, invoices, and payment references. We do not store full card numbers.
• Support messages and migration files you send us.
• Technical logs: IP address, timestamps, and mail or web logs needed to run and secure the service.
• Abuse reports and correspondence with registries, payment providers, and authorities.

Why we use it

We use this data to create the account, take payment, provide the service, prevent fraud and abuse, meet tax and company-law duties, and answer you. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who else sees it

We share data with the parties who have to see it: the payment provider that takes the charge, the domain registry for a name you register, the datacenter that runs the server, and a professional adviser bound to confidentiality. We disclose data when the law, a court, or a competent authority requires it.

Hosting may be processed in the datacenter named on your plan, which can be outside India. Account and invoice records are handled from India.

Your websites and your users

Content, mail, and visitor data on your account are yours. You are responsible for a privacy notice to your own users, and for having a lawful reason to collect their data. We do not access that content except to provide support you asked for, to investigate abuse, to keep the platform secure, or to comply with law.

How long we keep it

Invoices and tax records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law require. Abuse records and logs are kept while needed to defend a claim, enforce the terms, or protect the network, and then deleted or anonymised. Support tickets are kept for the life of the account and a reasonable period after it closes. When a service is terminated, hosting content may be deleted and is not promised as a backup.

Your requests

Use the contact page to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will refuse a request that would break a legal duty, such as keeping an invoice, or that would wipe evidence of abuse. We may need to confirm you are the account holder before we act.

This website

The marketing site uses essential cookies and local storage so the page works. A demo checkout, if you use it, stays in your browser and is not a live invoice. The client area at the FillHost portal is a separate application with its own session cookies.

Children

The services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
