Affiliate Terms and Conditions

To become an authorised FillHost affiliate, you must agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering as an affiliate and using the FillHost service. By enrolling in the FillHost affiliate programme, you agree to be bound by this agreement’s terms and conditions.
Our affiliate programme was created to assist you in earning money by referring new hosting clients to our company. The following are the terms and conditions of our affiliate programme.

• Dedicated Server (Fixed, INR 1000)

Important Note: As of now all the products will earn 20% commission (excluding Taxes in India) and Fixed one time payout of INR 1000 for Dedicated Servers.

• Maintenance Services
• WHMCS License
• Control Panel License
• Microsoft OS License
• Microsoft SQL License
• Any other paid License
• SSL Certificate
• All Products that are listed on AppSumo

 Payment:

Affiliates are compensated on a per-account basis for each hosting account referred to our services. Referrals are recorded when a unique customer clicks on an affiliate tracking link for the first time and completes the signup process within 90 days and remains active for 31 days.
At the time of the referral, the affiliate account must be active. There will be no referral fees applied to your affiliate account for sales that occurred prior to your enrollment in the affiliate programme.
Affiliate commissions are approved 31 days after the client makes a purchase. (For example, if the client orders on 03-11-2021, the Commission Approved date is 05-12-2021.)

Affiliates must earn a minimum of INR 1000 before receiving payment on their affiliate account.

Affiliate commissions are paid upon receipt of a support ticket requesting payment. Affiliates earn commissions only when they refer new clients. Existing clients who place orders through affiliates will have their commissions declined.

If an existing client renews or purchases another hosting service, the affiliate is not compensated on such orders.

Affiliates are compensated only after the order process is complete; if the client cancels the order, it is considered cancelled and the affiliate is not compensated.

Affiliates are compensated via PayPal and NEFT (Note: Affiliates wishing to receive payment via NEFT should email their bank details to cc@filhHost.com). Please contact the affiliate department to update your payment information.

Affiliates are responsible for keeping the affiliate system’s payee information current. We are not liable for any lost or stolen payments. The affiliate is responsible for maintaining accurate information, including postal and email addresses, name, payment information, and any other personal information that may affect the affiliate’s ability to issue a valid payment. Failure to update your information may result in the loss of any referral fees owed to you. Referral fees that go unclaimed or are returned due to insufficient or incorrect address information or for any other reason may also be forfeited.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their ability to accept payments is operational. Please verify that your bank or PayPal account is capable of accepting payments from Indian businesses.

Affiliates are solely responsible for all fees, taxes, exchange rates, surcharges, and other expenses incurred in order to receive referral commissions. Please contact your local financial institution or PayPal to determine whether any of these conditions apply to your account.

We reserve the right to withhold referral fees for up to 45 days for verification purposes due to the high frequency of credit card fraud and cancellation rates. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel referral fees if we are unable to collect funds, an order is fraudulent, a customer cancels within the first 30 days, or if we discover that the referral fee was earned improperly for any reason.

Commissions are calculated by the affiliate system based on the total amount, which includes the cost of the product/service, GST, and payment gateway fees. Before we make the payout, we will deduct the GST and payment gateway fees from your commission amount.

Affiliates can access their commission status through their affiliate dashboard. (Note: To accomplish this, simply log into your affiliate account.)

Reversals:

Referrals must maintain an active hosting account for a period of 30 consecutive days or their referral fees will be refunded.
Referrals who downgrade their hosting package will have their referral credits reversed.
Referrals that generate a chargeback or are determined to be fraudulent (false information, counterfeit/stolen credit cards, selling counterfeit goods, etc.) will be reversed regardless of the time period since the signup occurred.

Referrals who cancel before you reach the INR 1000 payout threshold will have their earnings reversed.

Advertising Compliance:

Affiliates ARE NOT PERMITTED TO OFFER CASH BACK, REWARDS, OR OTHER INCENTIVES IN ORDER TO INCREASE TRAFFIC/SALES VIA THEIR AFFILIATE TRAFFIC
Affiliates MAY NOT use traffic generated through pay-per-click, pay-per-read, banner exchanges, click exchanges, cost-per-click advertising, pop-up/under, SPAM, or other similar methods.
Affiliates ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE cookie stuffing techniques that enable the tracking cookie to be set without the user clicking on the referral link (for example a 1×1 pixel iframe).

Affiliates ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BID ON OR USE OUR COMPANY NAME, TRADEMARKS, TRADEMARKS +, OR MISTAKEN KEYWORDS FOR PPC ON INTERNET SEARCH ENGINES (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask etc.).

Affiliates ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE TRADEMARK, TRADEMARK +, OR MISTAKEN KEYWORDS IN THEIR DOMAINS.

Before sending traffic to our servers, affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their tracking code is functioning properly. Any changes to the links are solely the affiliate’s responsibility. Referral fees will not be paid for tracking errors that occur as a result of editing, masking, redirecting, or otherwise tampering with your links.

It is prohibited to use redirected pages and links to direct users to our site. For instance, you may not have a pay-per-click (PPC) link on a search engine that directs users to our site.

Domain forwarding is prohibited – you are not permitted to purchase a domain and direct it to our website via your affiliate link.

Affiliates ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COPIED OUR WEBSITE OR PORTIONS OF IT FOR USE ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE OR SUBDOMAIN.

Affiliates MAY NOT advertise business opportunity websites or engage in marketing practises that attract fraudulent or transient customers (customers with low retention and renewal rates).

Affiliates ARE NOT PERMITTED to use trademark, trademark +, or misspelt keywords in the titles of their pages.

Affiliates are not permitted to place our banners or text links on websites that contain adult or child pornographic content/images/videos.

Deactivation:

Affiliate accounts may be deactivated without warning or notification at any time. Your account WILL BE DEACTIVATED AND YOUR REFERRAL FEES WILL BE SET TO ZERO IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH THESE AFFILIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.
Any fraudulent or deceptive advertising or suspected fraudulent activity associated with your affiliate account will result in its immediate deactivation.
Affiliate accounts that generate a high volume of fraudulent accounts will be suspended.

Affiliates are not permitted to resell hosting. Affiliate referral fees are only available to clients who provide their own payment method and contact information.

If you wish to resign as an affiliate, simply remove your affiliate links and stop promoting them. Your account and personal information will remain in our system for accounting purposes.

Agreement

YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY REGISTERING AS AN AFFILIATE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST CANCEL THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, CANCEL YOUR USE OF THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM, OR DEACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING MEMBER.

Changes:

You are subject to any changes to the Terms and Conditions. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions is available on the website. FillHost reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions in whole or in part at any time in its sole discretion. The posting of such modified Terms and Conditions on the site shall constitute notice to you of such modifications, although FillHost reserves the right to use alternative modes of notification. By continuing to use the Affiliate Program following notice, you agree to all changes. If you do not agree to any such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy is to deactivate your account in accordance with the procedure described above.
