How do you bill your Cloud VPS servers?
Servers are subject to a monthly price cap. Your server's bill will never exceed the price cap set for the month. We will charge you for each cloud server until you request its cancellation. Even if your server is not in use, we will cost you for it.
Do you bill servers that are off?
Yes, Regardless of their state, all servers that have completed their formation process will be paid until they are destroyed. This is because we allocate full resources to servers independent of their power level on the internal network. Additionally, it enables you, the client, to have speedy startup and boot times.
Can I install Windows?
At the moment, we are concentrating our efforts on Linux support. You may install Windows on your own if you like, and we have witnessed successful installations. We will not, however, provide support for Windows.
Is there any way to get a custom configuration?
Customized virtual servers (enhanced RAM, additional/larger drives, etc.) are not available at the moment.
